Reason for urgency:
West Midlands Combined Authority will be requested on 17 March to allocate £53 million to the Black Country LEP for Land Remediation. There are bids in submission that will need to be progressed and so approvals are required to widen the scope of the Joint Committee and act as accountable body to allow bids to be approved.
