Authorised the novation of the contract for the provision of pay on foot equipment for the Civic Centre and other car parks from Parkeon Limited of 10 Willis Way, Fleets Industrial Estate, Poole, Dorset, BH15 3SS (Company Number 01232487) to Flowbird Smart City UK Limited of 10 Willis Way, Fleets Industrial Estate, Poole, Dorset, BH15 3SS (Company number 04869035) for the remaining term of the contract to the 31 December 2020.
