Minutes:

The Committee considered a report regarding 19/00499/FUL - Demolition of existing two storey property and construction of three new residential dwellings and ancillary garage accommodation, and a new widened vehicle access.

 

Councillor Wendy Thompson shared the same concerns as those who had objected to the application and queried whether the Tettenhall Neighbourhood Plan and Conservation Area had been considered by the Planning Officer.

 

Tracey Homfray, Planning Officer, responded to the statements made and

confirmed that the Tettenhall Neighbourhood Plan and Conservation Area had been fully considered.

 

Further to this, Tim Philpott, Transport Strategy, addressed the issues raised regarding access and confirmed that the proposals were acceptable.

 

Resolved:

That planning application 19/00499/FUL be granted subject to the following conditions:

  • Removal of Permitted Development Rights

  • Demolition and Construction Method Statement
  • Implementation of Ecological Report recommendations
