[To consider the planning application]

Having declared an interest, Councillor Keith Inston left the meeting room whilst the application was considered and Vice Chair, Councillor Anwen Muston, chaired the item.

The Committee considered a report regarding 19/00801/FUL - Proposed bungalow to the rear of dwelling with associated parking and garden space.

Mr Grice addressed the Committee and spoke in opposition to the

application.

Jennifer Nicholds, Planning Officer, responded to the statements made and

confirmed that the proposals were acceptable.

Members of the Committee sympathised with Mr Grice and shared his concerns regarding parking and access.

Resolved:

That planning application 19/00801/FUL be refused for the following reason:

• Parking and highway safety

Councillor Keith Inston returned to the meeting and resumed his role as Chairman.
