Michelle James, Licensing Policy Manager, presented a report asking Members to:

 

  1. Approve the draft Statement of Licensing Policy attached at Appendix 1 of the report for consultation.

 

  1. Endorse the consultation arrangements detailed in Section 8 of the report.

 

  1. Agree to receive a further report on 22 January 2020 following completion of the consultation process.

 

The Licensing Policy Manager discussed the draft policy in further detail and responded to questions asked.

That Members of the Statutory Licensing Committee:

 

  1. Approved the draft Statement of Licensing Policy attached at Appendix 1 of the report for consultation.

 

  1. Endorsed the consultation arrangements detailed in Section 8 of the report.
