Purpose of the consultation
Health & Wellbeing Together is the name given to the City of Wolverhampton Health and Wellbeing Board, a statutory Board established under the Health and Social Care Act 2012.
The Board is responsible for assessing the needs of the local population by developing and overseeing the implementation of the City's Joint Strategic Needs Assessment (JSNA) and preparing and publishing a Joint Health and Wellbeing Strategy that is evidence based through the work of the JSNA and other supporting needs assessments.
The current strategy has expired and this survey is intended provide an opportunity for local residents and stakeholders to inform the development of a refreshed strategy.
