That the Cabinet Members for Resources, City Environment and City Economy in consultation with the Directors of Finance, City Environment and Regeneration approved the creation of supplementary Capital Budgets for the City Centre Public Realm Victoria Street and Civic Halls project phases of the FHSF programme.
