Approved the completion of the following transactions and the terms:
· Terminate existing lease with private landlord for offices at Alfred Squire Road.
· Enter into a licence agreement with University of Wolverhampton Science Park for occupation of rooms 134, 134a, 134b, 153 and 158.
· Sub-let part of the space at Wolverhampton Science Park to the Royal Wolverhampton Trust.
