a.     50% discounted of full rate from 12 April 2021 to the 17 May 2021, then

b.     25% discounted of full rate until 21st June 2021.

3.    Approved that capital funding be released in order that the expansion project is progressed in a timely manner.

Amendment to the New Build LLP

Decision:

1.    Approved the revised New Build Local Lettings Plan expanding the additional priority afforded to transferring social housing tenants for new build homes to include tenants of Registered Providers as well as Council tenants.

2.    Approved the change of terminology from Emergency Band to Highest Priority Need to take account of the addition of an Emergency+ Band that will be introduced into Allocations Policy Summer 2021.

3.    Approved the increase from 10 percent to 20 percent of homes on a new build development being allocated to those in the highest priority need to assist with alleviating homelessness and the pressures on temporary accommodation.
