1.              Approved the sale of the initial sales equity of the  shared ownership property at the site known as Sweet Briary, Ettingshall, as detailed in the body of the report.  A report was presented to the Cabinet (Resources) Panel (CRP) on 20 February 2018 approving that the City of Wolverhampton Council should purchase the shared ownership properties from WV Living and approved that they should then be marketed and sold.

2.              An IEDN is now required to process the sale by City of Wolverhampton Council to the purchaser. However, as the CRP report does not give specific delegated authority, it is proposed to use the following authority from the Council’s Constitution.
