Pavement Licences
As part of the Government's upcoming Business
and Planning Bill, the pavement licence process introduces a
streamlined consent route to allow food and drink businesses to
obtain a licence to place temporary furniture, such as tables and
chairs outside of cafes, bars and restaurants.
