Due to changes in the Senior Management Structure, the pay policy has been reviewed and is due to be considered by Cabinet and Council for approval. In order to meet the requirements of the Localism Act the authority must approve a revised Pay Policy Statement.
A delay in the decision will result in the Council not being able to implement changes to the Senior Management Structure of the Council
