The Connected Places Strategy and Delivery Plan articulates the vision, objectives and priorities for investment in the delivery of a high quality public realm throughout the city centre. Cabinet are requested to approve the document as an overarching strategy to inform the design and required outputs of all Connected Places projects as they come forward.
