On the 8 March 2017, as part of the spring budget, the Chancellor announced additional funding for Adult Social Care for 2017/18 to 2019/20. The 2017/18 budget had however been approved by Full Council on the 1 March 2017. This report is required to amend the 2017/18 Budget in light of the announcement.
