Reason for urgency:
• Due to ongoing neogitations regarding the proposed terms, it was not practical to seek approval until final terms were agreed which were acceptable to both the Landlord and West Midlands Pension Fund.
• Approval to proceed is urgently requested to secure a longer term future for West Midlands Pension Fund in their exisiting premises as one of their leases is to due to expire on 30th June 2018.
• Approval will also enable them to be in a position to grant a sub-lease to the Local Governement Pension Scheme on their planned occupation date of 1st April 2018.
