The Black Country Reducing Reoffending
Strategy has been developed with partners from across the Black
Country area. The development of a Reducing Reoffending Strategy is
a strategic priority for Community Safety Partnerships. The
decision to develop a Black Country Strategy was taken to enhance
partnership working, value for money and a more streamlined process
which aligns to the Black Country Reducing Reoffending Strategic
Group.
