Reason for Scrutiny: The purpose of this report is to seek the Panel’s feedback on the budget relevant to the remit of this Panel and how it is aligned to the priorities of the Council. In addition to this, the Panel’s feedback is also sought on the Draft Budget and Medium Term Financial Strategy 2020-2021 to 2023-2024 that was presented to Cabinet on 16 October 2019 including budget proposals relevant to the remit of this Panel.
