This decision will be taken under urgency procedures.

Reason for urgency:
The next available meeting will be 07 October 2020 however this will push the programmed completion date back for the works by 5 weeks. The impact will be the building will remain closed until early January 2021. This could prove reputationally damaging and impact revenue income.

Additionally, the roof urgently needs replacing as it continually lets in water every time it rains, causing significant structural damage.
