Councillor Dehar hosts a public surgery via Microsoft Teams on the first Tuesday of the month at 6pm. As this is a public surgery your log in details (email address and or telephone number) may be visible to other attendees as well as Councillor Dehar.
“I may record the surgery for my own records and to assist you in any casework that may arise from what we talk about. I will hold the recording only as long as is needed. I will let you know in advance before I begin recording the conversation. The recording will only be held for the purpose of accurately recording the conversation so as to better enable me to assist you if required. If necessary I will share the recording, but only for the express purpose of helping you”.
