19/00039/FUL - 141 Victoria Road, Wolverhampton, WV11 1RL PDF 599 KB [To consider the planning application] Minutes: The Committee considered a report regarding 19/00039/FUL - Proposed two storey side and rear extension & Change of Use from a C3 (Dwelling House) To C4 (House in Multiple Occupation).
Mr Pete Milton addressed the Committee and spoke in opposition to the application.
In response to statements made, Tim Philpot, Transport Strategy, stated that during a site visit that morning, it became apparent that the proposed parking provisions did not meet the necessary requirements.
Resolved That Planning application 18/01479/FUL be refused for the following reasons:

19/00750/TR - 12/16 Dewsbury Drive, Wolverhampton, WV4 5RQ PDF 151 KB [To consider the application] Minutes: The Committee considered a report regarding 19/00750/TR - Oak Tree Preservation Order number 1962 - Reduction of height and spread by 3-4 metres.
Mr Richard Wood addressed the Committee and spoke in support of the application.
In response to statements made, Stephen Alexander, Head of City Planning, sympathised with Mr Wood and explained how such applications were determined.
Members of the Committee sympathised with the applicant and whilst some Members felt the proposals were acceptable, others expressed concern.
