Decisions

1.    Approved the recommended action, to make a permanent No Stopping and Prohibition of Vehicle Traffic Regulation Order on various roads surrounding the Molineux Stadium, as shown on plans T4/4193 and T4/4194 appended to this report.

2.    Authorised the Director of Governance to implement the relevant traffic regulation order.

Approval is sought for the Council to accept the assignment of the Planning Application for the land at Reedham Gardens from WV Living and pay associated costs (Planning Fee and Architects costs)

b.     Grant of s104 agreement and associated deed of easement at Compton Park.

c.     Grant of lease to Wolverhampton Homes at Tarmac Road.

d.     Grant of lease to Wolverhampton Homes at Low Hill Offices.

e.     Grant of lease to Wolverhampton Homes at Bilston Town Hall.

f.       Release of restrictive covenant at 34a Foley Drive.

g.     Grant of lease to Blakenhall Action Community Forum at The Community Centre, The Old School, 73 Dudley Road.

Seek approval to initiate priority works for eleven existing projects that were held during 2018/19 and 18 new projects to be funded from the 2019/20 Corporate Asset Management Fund.
