· Lot 2 - Collection of parking and highways Penalty Charge Notices to Jacobs of Birkenhead, Wirral for a duration of three years from 1 December 2018 to 30 November 2021 plus option to extend for a further two years to 30 November 2023 at a value of £85,000.
