This report seeks approval for CWC as
landowner to enter into agreement with Harlaxon Energy Networks
Limited, an Independent Distribution Network Operator (IDNO), on
behalf of the JV partners to deliver the service strategy for the
provision of electric, gas, water, telecoms and other 3rd party
utilities to serve the current i54 and the i54 Western Extension
(south) sites.
1. Approved the services strategy that will enable Harlaxton Energy Networks Limited, (IDNO) to co-ordinate and deliver a full suite of services infrastructure to include Electricity, Gas, Water and Third Party Communications services at the i54 and i54 Western Extension (south) sites.
2. Approved that the Council as landowner enters into Agreement with SCC, Harlaxton Energy Networks Limited and Harlaxton Engineering Services Limited for the Reservation of Connection Capacity.
