To agree the acquisition of a leasehold

1. Approved the completion of the purchase of the former council property listed in Appendix 1 (A) at the agreed price of £75,000 plus Home Loss and disturbance compensation.
2. Approved the sale of the council property listed in Appendix 1 (B) at the agreed price of £82,500.
3. Authorised the Director of Governance or other authorised officers to execute legal documentation to put the purchases into effect.
