The Council requires urgent replacement of its
fleet of 10 ride on mowers operated by Environment Services. The
current fleet of 10 vehicles has gone beyond its life expectancy
and is in urgent need of replacement. The replacement vehicles are
required urgently so they can be in service for the start of the
grass cutting season in March 2022.
1. Approved the award of the contract for the Supply of Ride on Lawnmowers (Grounds Maintenance Equipment) to Reesink Turfcare UK Ltd of 1 - 3 Station Road, St Neots PE19 1QF for a one-off purchase of ten vehicles for a total contract price of £399,000.
