Joanne Till, Section Leader, Licensing, presented a report asking Members to:

  1. Approve the proposed fees and charges for Annual Street Trading Consents as set out in Appendix A of this report with effect from 1 April 2018.
  2. Approve the proposed fees and charges for Occasional/Temporary Street Trading Consents as set out in Appendix B of this report with effect from 1 April 2018.
  3. Note a review of Street Trading in the City is to be undertaken

 

The Section Leader discussed how the fees and charges were determined and outlined the proposals for the coming year.

 

Members of the Committee sought clarification on street trading matters and the Section Leader duly responded. 

 

Resolved:

That Members of the Licensing Committee:

  1. Approved the proposed fees and charges for Annual Street Trading Consents as set out in Appendix A of this report with effect from 1 April 2018.
  2. Approved the proposed fees and charges for Occasional/Temporary Street Trading Consents as set out in Appendix B of this report with effect from 1 April 2018.
  3. Noted that a review of Street Trading in the City is to be undertaken
