Minutes:
The Committee considered a report regarding 18/00978/FUL, the erection of one bedroom dwelling.
Tracey Homfray, Planning Officer, advised that since the report had been published further objections had been received.
Mr Maguire addressed the Committee and spoke in opposition to the
application.
Mr Kalsi addressed the Committee and spoke in support of the application.
In response to statements made, the Planning Officer clarified the number of objections that had been received.
Resolved:
That planning application 18/00978/FUL be granted subject to the following conditions:
- Details of boundary treatments
- Landscaping scheme
- Joinery details
- Materials
- Parking and access as shown on plan
- Construction working hours
- Remove permitted development rights for extensions/outbuildings/first floor windows
- Electric vehicle charging point.
