Minutes:
The Committee considered a report regarding 19/00039/FUL - Proposed two storey side and rear extension & Change of Use from a C3 (Dwelling House) To C4 (House in Multiple Occupation).
Mr Pete Milton addressed the Committee and spoke in opposition to the application.
In response to statements made, Tim Philpot, Transport Strategy, stated that during a site visit that morning, it became apparent that the proposed parking provisions did not meet the necessary requirements.
Resolved
That Planning application 18/01479/FUL be refused for the following reasons:
- Insufficient parking provision
- Highway safety
