10.	Pavement Licences PDF 98 KB View the background to item 10. [To endorse the scheme for the extension of pavement licences]. Additional documents: Webcast for 10. Minutes: Paul Dosanjh, Service Manager: Trading Standards & Licensing Act, presented the report: Pavement Licences. The report outlined the recent changes made under the Business and Planning Act 2020 and sought formal endorsement of the extension of the pavement licensing scheme and the application of a £25 fee. The Chair, Councillor Phil Page moved the recommendations and the Vice Chair, Councillor Rashpal Kaur seconded the recommendations. Resolved: That Members of the Statutory Licensing Committee: Formally endorsed the scheme for the extension of pavement licences for another year in accordance with the Levelling up and Regeneration bill. Applied a renewal fee in line with current table and chairs licences. Currently set at £25.
