1. Approved an allocation of £375,000 from the Corporate Contingency within the Capital Programme to the Refurbishment of Merridale Fire Station offices enabling the relocation of the Youth Offending Team (YOT) from their existing premises at Beckminster House in the 2019-2020 financial year.
2. Noted that the terms of a lease between the Council and West Midlands Fire Service and a license to make alterations together with any ancillary documents will be subject of a future separate IEDN for approval.
