On 20 February 2018, Cabinet granted delegated
authority to the Cabinet Member for City Economy and Cabinet Member
for Resources in consultation with the Director of Regeneration and
Director of Finance to approval terms for lettings with occupiers
related to the i9 scheme.
This report seeks authority for the Council to enter into Legal
Agreements with two companies to take leases to occupy space in i9
as follows: the letting of floors 3 and 4 to West Midland Pension
Fund and the letting of 7,750 sq. ft of the 2nd floor to Local
Government Pension Scheme Central Ltd.

4. That it be noted that the first 23 houses are expected to be delivered and occupied in September with the balance delivered in tranches over the following 6 months. Loans would be drawn down from the facility with the West Midlands Pension Fund (WMPF) to fund the purchase of each tranche.
